最近一周,一个3D 细胞教学Demo病毒式传播。好几个博主说"我也复刻了一个",但他们只给代码或只贴视频。怪事,没有一个人公布复刻方法。

要么甩一句"用 AI 写的"就完了,给了个链接,要么干脆藏着掖着。你想抄都不知道从哪儿下手。

这篇就把方法完整公布:

  • 主要通过一个 prompt复刻,看完你就知道我是否在吹牛逼

你不需要写代码。 从头到尾你只动嘴 + 几次点鼠标。完成时间:一个下午(约 3~4 小时)。

第一步:让 HR 招人

整个项目的启动,就是这一条 prompt 丢给 HR。直接复制:

我要做一个科普教育网站demo,需要三个人:
1. 全栈搭建网站
2. 内容专家兼提示词工程师,拆解细胞结构产出图片提示词
3. 一个阿里P8项目经理擅长拉通和对齐

这个网站内容受众是小学生和初中生。技术上做纯前端应用,为何避免需求蔓延,这两个事情我自己干:gpt image2生成图片,triple3d的image to 3d。

这一条 prompt 干了三件事: 喂上下文和截图、定团队画像、给团队布置第一个任务。

插曲:我跟HR说,招一个阿里巴巴P8项目经理,班味足,擅长拉通对齐。 HR 说"小项目不需要阿里巴巴 P8 PM" ,我的回应:"不行,我一定要。"

为什么坚持?因为我接下来不打算管事。我希望一键,配一个不能自己拍板的 PM,整个项目会卡在我身上。我要的不是传话筒,是能替我决策的人。

第二步:给 PM 一道授权令

人到齐了, 我把他们拉到一个channel,名字叫做“不干完今晚不睡觉”,对他们说:

确定任务是否清楚?

所有任务全部写进 task 列表,我和项目经理一起看进度。

第三步:我亲自做的2 件事

PM 跑起来之后,你不要插手代码、不要审 PR、不要看 commit。有2 件事 AI 团队搞不定,必须我亲自做——其他全是它们的事。

1、生 5 张细胞关键帧图和5 张细胞器合成大图

让内容pompt工程师理解细胞结构,并负责写 prompt,统一风格。

  • 你拿着 prompt 一次性生成7张图,去 GPT image 2 生图:植物细胞、动物细胞、神经元、白细胞、肌肉细胞。 下面的是内容agent给我的
  • 生 5 张细胞器合成图,1 张图里放 6 个 panel(同一细胞的 6 个细胞器并排)
生成七张图片: # 全局风格锚 (Style Anchor v2) — 
所有 prompt 复用 > **Style Anchor v2** — Vibrant semi-realistic scientific illustration, painterly textures, **BOLD VOLUMETRIC 3D-sculpted forms** (every element reads as a solid sculpted mass with strong chiaroscuro shading, NOT flat drawing, NOT thin wisp, NOT delicate line art). 2、去 Tripo3D 跑 3D

上传图 → 选 image-to-3D(2.5)→ 等几分钟 → 复制分享链接。拿到上面的图和链接后,全部丢给聊天窗口(这里我有个彩蛋,只生成5张细节图)。

第四步:等 PM 通报"全部完成"

到这一步你什么都不用做。

去吃饭、睡觉、刷手机。task 列表会自己滚。PM 会在所有任务都打 completed 之后通报你。

如果中途有人卡住,PM 会主动来找你(这就是你为什么坚持要 P8——他会自己判断什么时候必须升级、什么时候不必)。

PM 通报完成 → 让团队打包 → 你把整个项目下载下来。

完事。

收尾:你的实际工作量

  • 打开Helio写一条 prompt 丢给 HR(截图)(3分钟)
  • 在 GPT image 2 出 5 张关键帧 + 5 张合成大图(3分钟)
  • 在 Tripo3D 点 5 次(10 分钟,主要在等)

约 20 分钟你的纯参与时间。剩下 3 小时 AI 团队在干活。

一个 prompt 启动,剩下交给团队。

整体测下来,多Agent team的模式未来势必会变成主流,human in loop改成ai in loop。

我发现挺神奇的,受邀评测Helio后的感觉非常上头。 这个和Karpathy说的autoresearch有异曲同工之妙,2026,谁掌握了Autoresearch和Agent team,谁就掌握了AI真正使用方法。
